JURY SELECTION CRITERIA
An individual qualifies for jury service if the individual:
- Is an adult as of the day selected as a prospective juror;
- Is a citizen of the United States; and
- Resides in the county as of the day sworn as a juror.
Carroll County jurors are randomly selected from the Carroll County Board of Elections voter rolls and the Maryland
Motor Vehicle Administration’s licensed driver records and identification card holder records.
